I think it'd be more useful for you to learn how to read sheet music, actually! I struggled considerably (and still do, to some degree) to read bass clef, but practice makes perfect, and it has paid off well.
There are three flats in the key signature, which indicates that the song is in Eb major or C minor -- so the notes of this one (given there are no accidentals, which there aren't from the sheet you've given us) are going to be C, D, Eb, F, G, Ab, and Bb.
The first measure (top line) is Eb, G, C, G, Eb, G, C, G; the bass is C and C. The second measure (top) is F, A, C, A, F, A, C, A; bass is A and A. Third measure: G, Bb, Eb, Bb, G, Bb, F, Eb; bass is Eb and Eb. Fourth measure: F, Bb, D, Bb, F, Bb, Eb, D -- bass, D and D.
From here on out, you're on your own. Each line or space is its own note (with the given accidentals) -- so for treble clef (top line) the lines are, from bottom up, E G B D F. (The E and B are flatted here, so they'd be Eb and Bb.) The spaces (between) are F A C E (A and E flatted here, so Ab and Eb). The cycle repeats, obviously, up and down as necessary.
The bass clef (bottom line) is slightly different -- the lines, from bottom up, are G B D F A (B and A flatted, Bb and Ab) -- the spaces are A C E G (A and E flatted -- Ab and Eb).
